Couple things off topic of my 'or Dragonflies & Me' blog posts.
First, we are terribly excited to annouce that we have joined forces with The Henry Ford Museum with a signature sausage. We will only be creating this one of a kind, Jalepeno Cheddar for the museum and villages restaurants. It is simply superb with a subtle hint of Jalepeno, not overpowering the other secret ingredients. Head over to the museum to see the wonderful Titanic exhibit and be sure to grab a bite.
CSA Starts soon.
We only have about 3 shares left. CSA will start in Farmington and Ferndale on Saturday, May 5th, 2012 and for Bay City Monday, May 7th at our members home- pickup for Bay City is from 1pm to 2pm. More details for that to follow.
Reminder also that the 28th of April is our last day for The Old Winery Market and I am thrilled to done with the management end of the market for a few months. We are so excited to start the regular season at The Farmington Farmers & Artisans Market on Saturday, May 5th. The market theme will be Cinco Demayo of the 5th. We have got lots of great activities planned! Be sure to stop by and see what May's Sausage of the month is.
