Arlington's Natural Meats will be processing pork for the freezer on March 21st.  You may place an order for a half ($250) or whole ($500) hog.  Delivery or shipping is extra.  A half is about 100 pounds of meat and a whole is 200 pounds.  It is vacuum packed and flash frozen, ready for the freezer.  The shelf life is about 6 months.  Any questions?  Feel free to email me and I will try and answer them for you.
