We did it!  The Bluegrass Farmers' Market was voted #1 in Kentucky in the "America's Favorite Farmers Market" contest run by the American Farmland Trust!  That's right, we won the honor of being voted the #1 market by our loyal customers and followers of homegrown goodness.  And, by the number count, we even tied for 20th place in all of America in the small market category.

It just goes to show that customers do know local, homegrown and good when they see it...even if it means the market is on the small side!  As our shoppers all know, it's tough trying to compete with a market that has so many different things to offer.  But, they have proven that sometimes bigger is not better and 100% homegrown/produced makes up for it!

Our thanks to all of our loyal customers who helped us by voting.  We really do appreciate knowing that you do care about how much hard work, effort and time that we spend to bring you nothing but the best each week, really does matter.  We promise, we won't let you down in the days to come...fall is almost here and that means a new variety of crops will be available at the Bluegrass Farmers' Market real soon!
