This is a simple yogurt recipe, that ayone can make at home, (no, this is not our yogurt that we sell, that is a secret recipe:))
4 cups whole milk (raw works best)
1/4 cup plain yogurt
Heat milk to 180 degrees, then cool to 115 degrees. Add yogurt to cooled milk and stir, place in a glass jar and wrap in towels and place in a thermol bag or cooler for 6-12 hours, the longer it cultures the better it is for you but the tangier it gets. Place in the fridge or sweeten it with raw honey or maple syrup to taste, then put in the fridge.
