Just a quick reminder that we have an excellent schedule of Canning Boot Camps this summer. Our new Jam and Jelly Lady Shop in Lebanon has allowed us to market these classes to locals and visitors, but since we are the only comprehensive water/pressure canning class within several surrounding states, we have out-of-state students every month!
A Boot Camp is the prerequisite for any of our Masters Classes (no exceptions). Boot Camps are 6 hours, and include a buffet lunch, snacks, and all materials! We only ask that you arrive on time (we begin promptly because some folks come from many states away), and wear very comfortable clothing that could get stained with berries.
Next Boot Camps: July 21 and August 11. Both begin at 10 and end at 4.
