We have available hatching eggs, chicks and fully feathered chickens available for sale.

Chicks are hatching & hens are laying!

Spring is on it's way and chicks are hatching. Our hens have bumped up their egg laying with the longer days. We have set up our breeding pens and will have hatching eggs and chicks/ducklings available. For those gardeners out there, we have a steady supply of manure for your flower and vegetable gardens.

Chicks are hatching!

We have hatching eggs, chicks and ducklings available from our various breeds. Call for breed availablity.

Chicks, hatching eggs and roosters

Chicks and hatching eggs, available for purchase.

We will have quite a few extra roosters, for anyone who wants to butcher their own birds.

New Chicks!

This past weekend we had 10 chicks hatch. 6 Buff Orpingtons and 4 Australorps. They are growing fast!

Start of the new hatching season!

Well on Tuesday, January 4th, 2 Silver Appleyard ducklings hatched. Then on Thursday, Janurary 6, our Pekin hen died in my arms. Very sad.

Our next eggs in the incubator will be Buff Orpington and Australorp chickens. I will post when the expected hatch date is for anyone interested in chicks.

Purebred Hatching Eggs, Chicks or Pullets For Sale

For anyone interested in hatching out their own chicks, we will start the incubation process in Janurary. I will post on my blog, which breed I'm doing at a particular time. Anyone interested in hatching eggs or buying chicks let me know. I can ship eggs, anywhere in the US but the chicks have to be picked up at my house. If you are interested in buying pullets of a particular breed, let me know in advance so I can set enough eggs.

Rhode Island Red chicks hatching!

We have Rhode Island Red chicks hatching on Friday, May 28th. If anyone is interested in purchasing chicks, call for arrangments. Chicks must be picked up in New Egypt and 3 must be purchased. Chickens are social creatures! The fluff balls are $3 each.

21 new red heads!

We had 21 chicks hatch Friday and Saturday. 14 eggs didn't hatch, still a great number did. Best hatch we have had yet! We will have lots of Brown eggs this winter. We are saving Rhode Island eggs for another incubator full. Hopefully the next hatch will be as good.

Incubator peeping once again!

We have a incubator full of Rhode Island Red eggs from our "red head girls" and our "studly" RIR rooster. The first peeps and chirps were heard tonight. It is always exciting to get new chicks!

Newly hatching Americana chicks!

We are very excited, the eggs we saved from our own Blue-Wheaten Americana chickens are hatching this weekend. It is always exciting to hear the first cheeps in the incubator. Today we are also building another coop for my daughters 4H chickens! What a fun weekend! :)
