ARTHRITIS FLAREUPS

Arthritis affects more than 50 million people.  I have often had people ask me if there are herbs that will help relieve arthritis pain. Yes, there is. But there is also something else that folks can do.

I have read where years ago many herbalists strongly recommended  a daily dose of organic raw potato juice as an arthritis cure.  It didn't cure many people, in fact, it made their pain worse. Here's why; white potatoes, tomatos, cucumbers, squash, eggplant and green peppers are of the nightshade family.  Nightshade is highly toxic. It's not called deadly nightshade for no reason. Every part of the plant is extremely poisonous.

So, as an experiment, withdraw all the vegetables that I just mentioned for about a week. If the pain or inflammation lessens, then you'll know what foods to stay away from.

I would just like to say thank you for your information. Since my grandfather has serious arthritis in his knuckles and finger joints, and he noticed improvement after trying your suggestions.

Cody, thanks very much! There is something else that your grandfather can try as well;

mix 1/8 cup of applecider vinegar with 1 tablespoon honey and an 8 oz (regular size drinking glass) of cold water. Mix the apple cider and honey first, then add the water. Water can be warm or cold.

I would try this for about 1 month drinking this three times a day, before each meal. Then gradually lesson to twice, then once a day. After you get it under control drink this mixture just maybe once or twice a week.
