JUST TWO HERBS WALKING TOGETHER

It seems that people think that the more herbs we use for a condition the better the concoction will work. But did you know that many times all we need is just two herbs to really work well? For instance.....

GARLIC and GINGER ROOT these herbs used together improve circulation and support the immune system.

MARSHMALLOW LEAF and SLIPPERY ELM these herbs are used to relieve the symptoms of ulcers, Crohn's disease, and irritable bowel syndrome.

BROMELAIN and TURMERIC ROOT are used to treat minor digestive problems such as loss of appetite, nausea and gas.

ASTRAGALUS and GINSENG support the immune system and prevent illness, especially during times of stress and fatigue

ASTRAGALUS and ELDERBERRY these herbs are used to support the immune system and to prevent illness, especially colds and flu

GOTU KOLA and BILBERRY improves the circulation and strengthens veins and capillaries

CHAMOMILE and PEPPERMINT treat minor digestive problems such as loss of appetite, mild nausea, stomach cramps, bloating, and gas.

CHAMOMILE and PASSIONFLOWER for relieving anxiety and insomnia

CATNIP and PASSIONFLOWER also to relieve anxiety and insomnia

PARSLEY and DANDELION these diuretic herbs are often helpful in treating urinary tract infections and kidney stones

BUTCHER'S BOOM and BILBERRY improve circulation and strengthen veins and capillaries, particularly those nourishing the eyes.

MILK THISTLE and DANDELION these herbs support the liver, especially in cases of jaundice and hepatitis.
