Can not believe this winter!  I picked spinach yesterday.  Pulled weeds in the hoophouse the day before.  Getting ready to plant more spinach in the hoophouse with my new row planter!

We have baby spinach! The taste is sweeter than normal spinach due to the conversion of sugars in the plant during cold weather.  We can pick when the weather is above freezing.  Call 1-2 days in advance of you need.  517-262-8782

The Clare Limerick Produce Farm of Jackson, MI. will be offering CSA's this year.  You can choose from a 1/4 share, 1/2 share or full share.   Shares will include a wide variety of produce in season.  Members will have the opportunity to decide what types of produce they want included ( to some degree).  Shares begin at $150 a year up to $425 a year.  Shares can be picked up at the farm,or at one of out two farmers Market locations; Thursdays in Ann Arbor or Saturdays in Hillsdale.  Call 517-262-8782 for more information.
