2012 CSA program is off to an excellent start. Last week we had 3 kinds of lettuce, collards, radishes, green onions, pac choi, and brocolli. I hope everyone enjoyed the fresh greens. This week we will have kale, swiss chard, Napa cabbage, lettuces, radishes and green onions. It is all about eating what is in season and can be locally grown.
