Big snow

Our farm in Mid-Missouri received 17 or more inches of snow this week.  The 40 mile an hour winds created big drifts.  The animals have had to stay in the barn for days and are anxious to get back outside (they think) but with below zero temperatures they need to stay inside.  We were able to plow out our driveway but the county has not done the county road yet so we will be staying home until that happens.  Just glad we have a woodstore and lots of canned food in storage.  It is a good time to sort alpaca fiber, spin, and weave!
