Bountiful Blessings

Today was another very productive day. In fact I just came in and it's already 8:30pm. It reminds me of this past summer with getting in after nine. I never realized there was so much to do! I finsihed the seed planting schedule today and have the seed room ready for planting tomorrow. I have to go to the county FSA office in the morning and register the land I will be farming this year. I am so new at this, I am not sure really sure what it involves. There are so many things that have to be done. I just hope that I have all my tees crossed and my i's dotted! I'm eating supper while I am writing this. I am enjoying pickled beets I canned this summer. Wow, are they good! There is nothing better than homemade pickled beets. I love them! Tomorrow I start seeding for the high tunnel. I will also be seeding onions. It is really exciting to see this all come together. I can't wait for that first tomato this year. Thanks be to God for His wonderful creation and all the "Bountiful Blessings" He gives to us!
