Still Painful

After being awake since 3am because of back pain, I am sitting here in the easy chair with the heating pad on my back. I still have plenty of seeding to do today, but I am going to sit here and try to get feeling better. Yesterday, I must have pulled the muscle again causing more inflammation. This is getting real old and I am not too happy about it. I usually can take a lot of pain, this one is very uncomfortable. The seedlings are looking very nice and it won't be long before they will need to be transplanted. Once they are transplanted, they can be moved into the cold frame.

I walked out into the field yesterday and checked the soil condition. It is getting real close to being ready to work. I don't want to work the ground before it is ready. If it is worked too wet, the ground will not be fit all season. So I am waiting patiently until it is ready. I am getting very excited about working the ground and planting the field. It is going to be a fun year!
