Raw Honey Review and Giveaway by The Way To His Heart

Kennebunkport, ME -- On her blog The Way To His Heart, Maeghan recently reviewed three varieties of raw honey from The Mohawk Valley Trading Company. In addition, she is holding a giveaway for one jar each of Raw Buckwheat Honey, Raw Tulip Poplar-Black Locust Honey, and Raw Sunflower-Summer Wildflower Honey.

We have really enjoyed using raw honey and learning about and trying the different flavors,” says Maeghan. “We love honey in this household, but were novices and used store-bought, pasteurized honey. Never again! Mohawk Valley Trading Co.’s Buckwheat Honey has a nice, strong flavor that I am now using with all of my marinades.

Natural Handmade Soap Review and Giveaway by The Kerrminator

Portland, OR -- On The Kerrminator’s Blog, Sara recently reviewed natural handmade soap by the Mohawk Valley Trading Company. In addition, she is holding a giveaway for one bar each of goat's milk lavender, castile, sage, rose, and pine soap.

“I was surprised at how much I liked the rose scent because I don’t typically like floral fragrances and rose tends to be overpowering,” says Sara. “All the soaps left my skin feeling smooth and not dried out like a lot of “beauty bars” and “moisturizing bars.” My favorite was definitely the castile; I love the smell, and the way my skin feels after I use it; soft and smooth.”

Maple Syrup Review and Giveaway by Newly Crunchy Mama of 3

Cleveland, OH -- On her blog Newly Crunchy Mama of 3, Brandy recently reviewed maple syrup from The Mohawk Valley Trading Company. In addition, she’s holding a giveaway for one glass bottle of Grade A, Robust, Dark, Pure Maple Syrup.

“Artificial maple flavoring and preservatives do not make an honest-to-God maple syrup. I'm a purist. When I think of maple syrup, I think of liquid gold straight from a tree in some gorgeous forest in the Northeast somewhere,” says Brandy. “There is a depth of flavor that just isn't present when using artificial maple syrups!”

About Brandy

On Newly Crunchy Mama Of 3, Brandy talks about her life. Whether it be rants, the joys of parenthood, recipes, or product reviews and giveaways, she always has something to share with you all.

Brandy has been married for over 4 years now, and she has added 2 more beautiful children to her family. They tried to conceive for awhile, and it was definitely a struggle. They found out she has PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) so they made a ton of lifestyle changes in hopes of expanding their family. The journey was hard, but it paid off in the end. They suffered through 4 miscarriages in 3 years, and were finally blessed with their little princess Sophia Suzanne on New Year's Eve, 2009. Shortly after they had her, they were given the shock of a lifetime when they discovered they were expecting AGAIN.

With 2 toddlers and a preteen, her hands are pretty full. She says there is never a dull moment in her home, and they have had some fun experiences as well as some that are not-so-fun. Despite the insanity and chaos that surrounds her every day,  she is so incredibly grateful for the life she has, and wouldn't change a single thing.

In addition, she is holding a giveaway for one jar each of Raw Buckwheat Honey, Raw Tulip Poplar-Black Locust Honey, and Raw Adirondack Wildflower Honey.

“Tulip Poplar – Black Locust Honey:  I think this was our favorite of the bunch with a light, almost caramel flavor,” says Heather. “Finally, we were able to taste the comb honey. This is honey preserved in its most natural state, as it is actually still in the comb that the bees built. I’m convinced this is one of life’s simple pleasures.”

Raw Honey Review and Giveaway by Hanging Off The Wire

Blackduck, MN -- On her blog Hanging Off The Wire, Hayley recently reviewed raw honey and honey comb from The Mohawk Valley Trading Company. In addition, she’s holding a giveaway for one jar each of raw buckwheat honey, raw summer wildflower honey, and raw tulip-poplar black locust honey.

Maple Syrup Review and Giveaway by Joyful Reviews and Giveaways

San Jose, CA -- On her blog Joyful Reviews and Giveaways, Joy recently reviewed Maple Syrup from The Mohawk Valley Trading Company.

“Mohawk Valley Trading Co. maple syrup isn't overly sweet or thick, which are two reasons I don't use other syrups very often,” says Joy. “The first recipe we made with the syrup wasn't pancakes, surprisingly. We made roasted brussel sprouts and bacon with a little of the maple syrup mixed in. I had heard about this recipe a little while ago and thought this was the perfect time to try it out. It turned out delicious! We kept going back for more.”

Living in Green Jeans Reviews Maple Syrup

Fredericksburg, VA   -- On her blog Living in Green Jeans, Audrey recently reviewed Maple Syrup from The Mohawk Valley Trading Company.

“I am generally cheap in my purchasing of maple syrups because I love to use it so much, I try to never compromise on taste though if I am going to use it on pancakes or french toast or the like” said Audrey. “Well let me tell you the taste on this maple syrup was top notch no masking needed and I would almost hate to cook with it because I want it smothered all over my pancakes instead.”

About Audrey

Audrey grew up with a very organic mom who fed her pita bread loaded with sprouts and other veggies, made her own yogurt and pretty much ate nothing processed, except for the ‘glorious’ weekends she spent with her dad. She lived for those weekends and the sugar that came with them. She rebelled as an adult and ate ‘all the crap possible,’ and says “it showed in my figure and everywhere else.”

She hopes you will join her as she trips and stumbles down the road to living greener, eating whole foods, cooking some great healthy recipes, gardening and oh so much more.
