Downey, CA -- On her blog Crafty Spices, Jay recently reviewed three varieties of Raw Honey from The Mohawk Valley Trading Company. In addition, she is holding a giveaway for one jar each of Raw Buckwheat Honey, Raw Tulip Poplar-Black Locust Honey, and Raw Summer Wildflower Honey.
“I have tried many types of honey, but trying honey and trying raw honey is not the same,” said Jay. “It is of a thicker consistency, and it almost taste as if you were eating some type of homemade sweet, sometimes I go and just have a baby spoon full of honey (Yummy).”

About Crafty Spices
Crafty Spices is a blog about enjoying arts, crafts and food which has been a part of Jay’s day to day for many years now. Crafty Spices came to be as a way of sharing some of the interesting things she does.
Jay has been a crafter since she was about 9 years old, and would come up with projects and interesting things to do and have fun with. One day a friend said to her “you are so crafty” and she was not talking about arts and craft but to the fact that Jay was doing what she needed to do to get by, and was enjoying every step of the way.
Throughout Crafty Spices, Jay shares tips and tricks from her day to day life, things that she does, things that happen, and things to make life somewhat easier and enjoyable.
She enjoys cooking, and is always changing existing recipes, but admits that some days she does not have much time or is too tired to spend much time in the kitchen; so she includes some re-invented mom’s and grandma’s recipes so that her followers can enjoy them as well.
