Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Hazelnuts

Ingredients:

1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
¾ C hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
1/3 C maple syrup
2 T butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in pan. Add sprouts and sauté until fork tender
  2. Pour in maple syrup, bring to a boil
  3. Add hazelnuts and stir. Cook until liquid turns to a glaze
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve
