Ingredients:

1 C butter
¾ C Maple Syrup
¾ C Honey
2 eggs
4-inches of scraped vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
2 ½ C flour
1 C chopped walnuts
2 C dark chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 2 cookie sheets and set aside
2. Beat butter until fluffy, gradually adding in honey and syrup. Add eggs, beating well between additions. Mix in vanilla
3. In separate bowl combine salt, soda and flour. Gradually add to honey and syrup mixture. Continue to mix until moistened
4. Using a wooden spoon fold in chocolate chips and pecans
5. Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown
