1 cup graham flour
1 cup unbleached white flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup raw buckwheat honey
- Preheat the oven to 375°F
- Butter a loaf pan
- Put the graham flour in a mixing bowl
- Sift the dry ingredients over the graham flour
- Measure the milk into a bowl and incorporate the honey at steady stream.
- Pour the wet mixture onto the flour and beat until well combined.
- Pour into the loaf pan and bake about 50 minutes, until browned.
