               Hot Potatoes

7 to 8 medium potatoes washed , peeled and cut up

4 tbls. oil

2 to 3 tbls. black pepper

1 tbls. salt

2 to 3 tbls. red pepper flakes

2 tlbs. tony's

place potatoes in baking dish.  put oil and spices on potatoes. mix in well.

place glass baking top or foil on dish. bake about 20 to 25 mins. or until potatoes are tender.

serve as a side dish  with a dopple of sour cream.

Butter Nut Squash Meadly

1 butter nut squash cut in half linghwise

a little oil in a frying pan

2 tlbs. butter melted slightly

raisens, grapes, sliced apples,peaches pecans, walnuts,or anything else you might have in the pantry.

 3 tlbs. brown sugar

Place squash flat side down in fryer with oil.. cook on low heat until brown.. in a seperate bowl combine butter ,sugar , fruits and nuts ... fill cavity of  squash  and cover with foil. bake for about 30 to 45 minutes or until tender.
