Butter Nut Squash Meadly
1 butter nut squash cut in half linghwise
a little oil in a frying pan
2 tlbs. butter melted slightly
raisens, grapes, sliced apples,peaches pecans, walnuts,or anything else you might have in the pantry.
3 tlbs. brown sugar
Place squash flat side down in fryer with oil.. cook on low heat until brown.. in a seperate bowl combine butter ,sugar , fruits and nuts ... fill cavity of squash and cover with foil. bake for about 30 to 45 minutes or until tender.
