A big THANK YOU to all of our customers for a wonderful 2013 Garlic Season.  We are sold out and our store fronts are closed until May 2014.

We will open store fronts for pre-orders for the 2014 season sometime in May.

We have been having a mild winter with little snow fall and some spells of sub zero temperatures.  By late February we should have enough thaw days that some varieties will begin to emerge.  Most of our Garlic emerges in Mid to Late March though, depending on weather and temperature.

WhaHooo! Half way through!

We got to the halfway point on cleaning and sorting our garlic today!  That's about 1,500 lbs WOW.  This is our first big year, and the scope of the labor involved is really clear now.  I did all of the cleaning and sorting by myself last year, with a little help from the older boys for an afternoon or two.  This year I have been awful busy with work, but thanks to the family (especially the in-laws... thank YOU) it is getting done.

We will have an exceptional amount of Chesnok and Persian Star this year.  Most of the other varieties are either already sold or being retained for seed.  We will be making some excellent buying deals on culinary grades in bulk, so keep in touch and check out our store.
