Spring is slowly starting to make some headway.
Our maple trees are tapped and perhaps as soon as this weekend we'll be ready to "sweeten the pans" and start producing the first crop of the season.
If you've never been to an old fashioned sugar house I highly reccomend a visit.
We always welcome visitors to the sugar house, best to call first as we do not boil sap everyday during the season.
If any of you are looking for beef we have a lot on hand, we can sell a 1/4 side or packages from 10-50lbs.
Our beef is naturally raised, grassfed and USDA inspected.
