The Organic Chefs Blog

Anyone who's tired of fast food and processed foods that we find in our local grocery store also knows the harm it does to our bodies.  They fill us with chemicals, high sodium levels, dyes, and preservatives.  All these unwanted ingredients wreck havic on our bodies, minds and spirit.  Eating organic is not only easy and delicious, it allows us to taste what pure food is really supposed to taste like.  You would be shocked to taste the difference between a strawberry in the produce section of your grocery store that has been forced by gasses to turn red and then shipped from across the country and a juicy, red, ripe organic strawberry plucked from the farmers field.  It's amazing.  Cooking with organic and local foods is a whole other world that most of us aren't used to yet.  I say ditch the processed stuff and come blog with me about organic cooking!
