2 cups (3 slices) bread cubed.
1/2 pound cheddar cheese, shredded.
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled. I have also used ham, shrimp, and sausage.
1/4 cup cup butter, melted.
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced.
