BFM (Bloomingdale Farmers' Market) is a local, producer-only community market located in the heart of Bloomingdale, DC, a vibrant, diverse, residential community in downtown Washington DC. We supply the Bloomingdale, Eckington, Bates, LeDroit, Edgwood, Shaw and other local neighborhoods with fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, sweets, cheese, yogurt, cured meats, free range chicken and turkeys, eggs, pastured meats, flowers, plants, pastas, sauces, jams and other prepared foods. Some of the producers are certified naturally grown (an organic certification for small farmers ) or in transition to Organic. All are within 150 miles of the market. Sundays 10-2, First and R Street NW, next to the Big Bear Cafe. Open Rain or Shine.
