Pork Processing Begins - USDA Inspected
First date of pork processing and delivery is on July 1, 2013. We will start processing for the first order on this date. Processing is limited to two pigs per week - first come, first served basis. On processing day we will pickup the fully processed and USDA-inspected pork from our abattoir of choice and deliver/dropoff to your residence or arranged dropoff location within 50 miles of Blue Ridge, GA. You will need to bring your own cooler for exchange or have your freezer/refrigerator ready for delivery. See our website for more information.
