Blue Valley Meats�?�local, sustainable, inspired. We are three local families in Walla Walla, WA who raise a small number of animals each year ourselves and work with our close friends and neighbors who raise the rest. We know how important it is to know the source of your meats, and to want those who care for the animals to use the best sustainable practices at all times. That's what we do with a passion. We can confidently say all our meats are "From Ranchers Who Care... For People Who Care!"
ALL calves are born on these ranches and receive NO antibiotics or added hormones in any of the animals. These are all 100% Grass Fed Beef and 100% Grass Fed Sheep. NO grains are ever fed to the cattle or sheep! The pigs and poultry receive non-GMO, natural feeds, again with no antibiotics or hormones added ever. The animals are humanely slaughtered, and we cut and wrap the meats ourselves at our own USDA butcher shop that is 100% Gluten-Free. We carry a wide selection of local, year-round, 100% grass fed beef, natural pork (from Berkshire/Landrace cross hogs), free-ranged chicken, 100% grass fed lamb, sustainable seafood, and heritage turkeys with seasonal rabbit and duck, by special order. We also carry wonderful Pure Eire Dairy products�??a 100% Grass Fed, Organic, Certified Non-GMO and Certified Animal Welfare Dairy with Raw Milk or pasteurized, cream, skim, 2% and whole milk available.
Meats are purchased "by the cut" (generally 2 steaks per package), or you may buy in bulk allowing for your special instructions on quarters, halves and wholes of beef, pork and lamb. No min. order required.

Looking for house-made sausages with ingredients you can pronounce and NO MSG's or packaged unknown spices? You'll find them at Blue Valley Meats with attention to detail, like an old-fashioned 7-day brine for hickory smoked bacon, hams and sausages. All our meats are 100% Gluten-Free.
