Blueberry Jam....good stuff! I picked about 4 lbs of blueberries in an hour. It was a great crop this year. Hit the bushes twice, so I've got lots of berries stored up. They were pretty large and sweet this year, so the jam is mild and tasty. No bite. Just a bit of sugar, and no extra spices, you get the pure blueberry taste. Great on hot muffins! Smooth enough to be jelly, but with pulp. 1/2 pints only, until I run out of berries! Enjoy!! Fresh from the family farm. What I don't grow myself, I get from other local farms.
