Our 6 acres of organically grown blueberries produce thousands of pounds of mouth watering, sweet, blueberries. From these blueberries that we harvest, we make blueberry syrup and blueberry jam in our food grade kitchen.
We grow 3 varieties of rabbiteye blueberries (Vaccinium ashei) at our farm including Climax, Primer, and Triblue. Both our blueberry mayhaw orchards are pollinated by honeybees by Golden Delight Honey in Baton Rouge.
Use our blueberrry syrup on pancakes or waffle or substitute for anything you would use maple syrup with. Our blueberry jam is great on biscuits, bread, or with peanut butter and jelly.
Local Louisiana customers may call to schedule an appointment to pick up blueberries by the gallon, fresh or frozen at $6.00 per gallon. In April, we offer a U-Pick-It Day each weekend at our blueberry orchard.
We produce mayhaw jelly and mayhaw syrup and blueberry jam and blueberry syrup.
