Our fruit, in season, includes figs, pears, elderberries, mulberries, kiwi, persimmons, and some berries and cherries . Vegetables and produce available seasonally include Sunchokes, many kinds of specialty garlic, cardoon, asparagus, arugula, tomatoes, peppers, edible chrysanthemum, summer spinach, as well as others. We make specialty salad and saute mixes using our own herbs and salad greens.
Herbs available fresh in season include Thyme, Lemon Thyme, Rosemary, French Tarragon, Summer Savory, Oregano, Chives, Garlic Chives, Cilantro, Coriander, Lemon Balm, Spearmint, Apple Mint, Chocolate Mint, Kentucky Colonel Spearmint, Parsley, as well as medicinal herbs.
We offer garden tours and workshops in growing and using edible herbs and flowers. For small groups, the workshop can include actually harvesting and cooking herbs and produce of your choice.
