Bocconato is becoming recognized for our Authentic Northern Italian Cuisine using local ingredients. Chef Giovanni Gaudio and his wife Sheri have spent a significant amount of time traveling to the hillside towns of Italy- cooking with local chefs and grandmas- collecting recipes along the way. Located in a viticultural area, we are surrounded by local farmers.
