BODY BUDDIES are the ultimate neck and body wrap for use year around. These versatile wraps can be used for moist heat therapy as well as cold pack therapy and are perfect for tired, aching muscles, sore feet, lower back pain, or a stiff neck.
BODY BUDDIES are lovingly made here at our farm by family members. They measure a generous 5.5" wide by 24" long and are filled with over 2.5 lbs. of 100% natural locally grown buckwheat groats. When heated, buckwheat gives off a mild, earthy aroma and holds heat MUCH, MUCH longer than other lightweight fillings.
We use a variety of soft cotton and flannel fabrics for the outer covers which are removable for machine washing/drying. The inner cotton bag provides insulation for added comfort and is baffled to help distribute filling evenly throughout the wrap. BODY BUDDIES are reusable for years making them an outstanding value!
For moist heat therapy or for use as a body warmer, roll up and place in microwave for 2-3 minutes (depending upon wattage). BODY BUDDIES provide more than 30 minutes of moist heat therapy and will stay warm under a blanket for hours (awesome foot warmers!) Put one on your lower back while working at the computer or curl up with one on the sofa while watching your favorite movie.
For cold therapy, freeze for several hours before use. Frozen wraps can be used to cool your body during those long, hot days of summer and can cool your pillow/sheets at night before bedtime!
