BOVOLO is a salumeria, gelateria, enoteca, & pizzeria. BOVOLO is the Italian word for “snail”, the symbol of the SLOW FOOD movement. The food at BOVOLO is all made with the intention of “slow food… fast.” John Stewart cures all his own salumi and bacon from heritage pork that is antibiotic, hormone free, and free range. (TAKE HOME A PACK!) and makes his own hand crafted gelati. also try our sister restaurant zazu restaurant + farm in santa rosa.

some of who we purchase from include: bellwether farms, laura chenel, della fattoria, flying goat, heritage apples, dry creek peach, soda rock farm, clover stornetta, ck lamb, sonoma direct, over local 100 wineries, and many more!
