We are committed to using the traditional hand crafted ways of blending the chocolates and dipping and decorating each confection. We use only natural and organic ingredients. Some are very local such as Wisconsin and Minnesota organic and natural cream (42% butterfat!) and butter; others are from more exotic climes such as Morocco, Vietnam, Sweden, Georgia and even Northern California. Our chocolates are couverture quality from Belgium, plantations in Venezuela, Tanzania, Santa Domingo and Indonesia. They are high in cocoa mass and possess a unique flavor. Try something you haven't tried before...
Most ingredients in the truffles are organic. The chocolate is natural and from all around the world.
