Enjoy one-of-a-kind traveling culinary classes held at a variety of local farms and artisan producers. Learn new recipes, techniques and ideas that incorporate the freshest ingredients possible from the local Wisconsin landscape.
The classes feature products from each place we visit, so students learn how to use these exceptional ingredients directly from the producers. Tours will precede Chef David Swansons cooking demonstrations. Ample tastings of his creations are shared with students.

Our Feast in the Field series of dinners are multi-course meals set in unexpected locations, including strawberry fields and Victorian farmhouses. Our personalized in-home cooking classes and private dinners can accommodate 4 to 20 people.
