Again one of our farm's pure bred Large Black's has been picked to take part in the upcoming Cochon 555 event and we are thrilled by this news :) We pride ourselves on raising some of the best tasting pork, turkeys and duck that can be found for sale and our many repeat Chef customers agree "Brambly raises great meat". We are surprised at how quickly our small farm has expanded into a bustling hub for mother nature. Initially in our pig operation we had only three sows and 'longfellow' our boar--- all large blacks, a heritage breed, but with some luck we have obtained four Berkshire gilts and a breeding pair of Tamworths and our latest arrival is a little GOS gilt who arrived here last Summer from western Mass.
