Bread from the Heart has grown out of a desire to promote good tasting, good food that is also nutritious, to anyone who eats. This desire has made us aware of the need to educate people about the business of food, and about the need to support local, organic farmers as well as those who, though their own businesses, support those food producers.
In an effort to be connected to local farmers, we visit dairy farms, aquaponic and of course good old dirt farms, that farm organically and without the aid or hormones or antibiotics.
We believe that by supporting those who produce our food in the most wholesome manner possible, we help to promote good lives and sustainable lifestyles.
Our breads and sweet treats are made using locally produced flours, honey, eggs, dairy products.
