The Brookfield Farmers Market will begin on June 7 and continue through October 18, 2014, with hours of operation from 8:am to 1:00pm. The market will be selling an array of products from organic and sustainable vegetables, herbs, fruits, meat and eggs to flowers and plants. The market promotes local farms and educating the public on specialty crop farmers and their products, partnering with the Brookfield Public Library for this educational process. It has everything that I need (produce, a good cup of coffee, decent music, and a community atmosphere) and doesn't have the things that I don't need (pushy sellers, tupperware, avon, watches, and other things that are best left to flea markets....
