Like a CSA, the CSW shareholders receive a share of the seasonal wildcrafted and organically grown herbal harvest in the form of a variety of herbal food preparations including dry herbs, infused herbal honeys and syrups. Other herbal preparations include salves and herbal oils for topical use. The CSW share will also include classes throughout the winter (November, January & March) and plant walks (April, July & September - specific dates TBA) during the growing season to learn about the plants and their basic herbal preparations. Lisa Rose Starner- wildcrafter, backyard herbalist & urban farmer of Burdock & Rose is also available for individual classes and consultations on plants, food & wellness.
