Jennie Smith is the Owner/Operator of the business, which opened in 2009. She has a background in the culinary industry with a strong passion for heirloom tomatoes, and rare vegetable varieties. Butcher "Crick" was named from the creek which marks the property. We focus on selling direct to restaurants/caterers, farmers markets, and local grocers. The farm is part conventional crops, and part heirloom vegetables with a total of 80 acres. We currently germinate and cultivate various heirloom vegetables and herbs on three acres. We are a small niche farming operation which takes pride in creating custom cropping options for local chefs.
