My family has started this home business right in our kitchen and having success here locally , we have decided to expand our business to a wider market. We live right near the Arkansas- Louisiana border in a town called El Dorado, Arkansas. Our pickled egg business quickly outgrew the kitchen and now I use space in my building in town. We raise our own Coturnix Quail and only feed them a very nutritious, high in protein feed mixture to get the best quality eggs possible. They are pickled in pint jars and are heat sealed to ensure freshness. I worked on the recipe for months and am now satisfied with the spicy cajun recipe so I decided to start selling them.
