Cackleberry Kids

Our "farmette" is located just south of Monroe, WA. We are a family of 4 living a rural life with chickens, geese, goats and sheep. Our daughters are active 4-H members. They raise market lambs in the spring to finance their enthusiasm for dairy cows.

I am a fiber enthusiast and LOVE to grow my own wool. Unfortunately, I produce much more than I can use myself. Our lovely natural colored ewe, named Purl, yields almost 10 lbs each year. Her wool has been entered in the Evergreen State Fair wool show for many years. She has won countless ribbons. She lives with her goat friends and is grain fed.
