Our Cactus Apples are actually grown organically in that only Mother Nature's rain and soil constituents are needed for the Cactus Apple to thrive. As with our Nopales they are freshly removed from the cactus plant when you order and shipped immediately. Most Nopales seen in stores today are cut, stacked out, then shipped in from Mexico or other Latin American countries so ours beats theirs for freshness hands down!
