Caffe Boa, Mill Avenue District, is proud to serve all organic produce from Maya's farm at South Mountain. Using all natural meats and poultry the flavors shine. All of the reduction sauces and demis are never thickened with cornstarch, butter, or flour. This ensures the true essence of the dish can shine without a masking of sauces. The award winning wine list, a Wine Specator award of Excellence winner, features over 500 bins, over 50 by the glass, and 10 wine flights. All wines are labeled by being organic, biodynamic, and/or vegan.
