We are a small family owned cheese company. We use milk from Larry Gerringer Dairy, where the cows are grazed on organic grass pasture. We offer fromage blanc spreads in several varieties. fresh cheese chunks, feta, aged cheddar type cheeseand three types of Mexican cheese. We also make cultured butter, and eggs from free range chickens. In the future we plan to offer grass fed beef, and pasture pork.

The cultured butter is simply unbelievable. The best butter my mom and I have ever had.

We also tried the pineapple fromage blanc. We ate it with just sliced apples - it was incredibly delicious. I will be buying this every week!


Excellent Mozzarella! Cow cheeses are from their own dairy.


Tried the ricotta, the juustoleipa (skillet cheese or bread cheese) and the mozzarella. All were delicious. Highly recommended. Good prices.
