The Campus Club is the premier event venue at the University of Minnesota, located on the fourth floor of Coffman Memorial Union. The Club's excellent facilities and superior food make it the top choice for members of the greater University community. Chefs Mary Cashman and Beth Jones have a deeply-held commitment to local and organic ingredients, seasonal vegetables and fruits, grass-fed beef, and regional cheeses. The Club composts 95% of the kitchen's weekly refuse. Local purveyors include Southeast Minnesota Food Network, Tim Fischer Farms, Cornercopia: University of Minnesota Student Organic Farm, Hill & Vale, Hope Creamery, Riverbend Farm, U of M Dairy Plant, Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, B.T. McElrath Chocolatier, and Peace Coffee.

Lunch is served weekdays 11:00 - 1:30 pm. The Cafe Bar is open on weekdays 2:00 - 7:00 pm. Hours may vary according to the academic year. A full dinner menu is available. The finest wines, local beers, and spirits are served. The Club welcomes, members, their guests, and other visitors. Non-members please call 612-625-1442.
