The Campus Club is the premier event venue at the University of Minnesota, located on the fourth floor of Coffman Memorial Union. The Club's excellent facilities and superior food make it the top choice for members of the greater University community. Executive Chef Beth Jones has a deeply-held commitment to local and organic ingredients, seasonal vegetables and fruits, grass-fed beef, and regional cheeses. The Club composts 95% of the kitchen's weekly refuse.
Local purveyors include Southeast Minnesota Food Network, Tim Fischer Farms, Cornercopia: University of Minnesota Student Organic Farm, Hill & Vale, Hope Creamery, Riverbend Farm, U of M Dairy Plant, Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, B.T. McElrath Chocolatier, and Peace Coffee.
The Campus Club is a non-profit corporation, founded in 1911. Our motto is "Where the University community meets." We also maintain we have "The Best Food for Miles!" and fortunately these are both true.
