located on the northeast corner of 3rd street at roosevelt row, the heart of downtown phoenix’s arts district, canvas @ 1011 is a three phased master planned community designed by metropolis llc; featuring a state of the art full service condotel, retail shops, medical office condos, 1/5 mile indoor track, sky park, beach entry swimming pool, and 50,000 square foot concert hall.
