We use CSA method of marketing a customer can buy different packages of shares Some purchase a pig at weaning and have us feed it and care for it until time for butchering then pay the per pound price of hanging weight. We start delivering vegetables in April and go until Nov. this as also true of flowers, Herbs, fruit, berries.. We allow gleening by food banks. We also will grow on demand for any special crop that you may want but find hard to obtain. We are installing heated greenhouses using a bio-digester and wind turbine, solar energy to power them this will allow for early planting of crops for later transplant into the fields or to grow indoors to harvest early. New CSA sign up customers get one free season of eggs for the length of their share. Also offer crafts Fine Art and More.
