It's now time to sign up for our Summer CSA which begins the last day in May and runs for 18 weeks. The cost is $600. Shares during this time of year start out with cooking and salad greens such as kale, collards, chard, choi, spinach, lettuce, tatsoi, yukina savoy, etc. but also will include some green onions, carrots, etc., as available. Toward mid-July, the summer fruits start - beans, summer squash, hoop house tomatoes, new potatoes, garlic, etc. Mid to late August brings the full selection of veggies - eggplant, peppers, more tomatoes, melons, squash, etc.

Summer half shares means I will help you find a share partner and you will figure out how to split your share. Most members alternate pick-up weeks. (more...)
