We herd dairy goats in the brush country west of Trinidad, Colorado. We make a variety of fresh and aged raw milk cheeses by hand using traditional methods. The goats are herded daily and cheese is made each morning from fresh warm milk that has not undergone refrigeration or cooling. During their lactation our goat's diet consists of nearly %100 browse and wild food. Cheese is available through a share program. Please contact us to find out more about how our share program works. We also run a few sheep with our goats. In addition to the cheese, lamb and cabrito are also available upon request.
